Nicola Roberts is a singer. She makes music, releases music and, therefore, is a singer. However, Ms. Roberts is also one sick fashion conscious chica. Since Girls Aloud, the TV manufactured girl group that shot her to fame, went on what seems to be an indefinite hiatus, Roberts has transformed into a styling and profiling goddess. Her red hair, pale skin, dainty frame and penchant for prints has helped make her one of the best dressed celebrities in the UK.
The gorgeous ginger can most recently be seen on the February cover of InStyle UK wearing, you guessed it, prints. Take a look at this behind-the-scenes video of her shoot.
One thing that we have learned is when someone genuinely stylish name drops a brand, we know it’s because it’s probably bad ass. Did you catch Nicola mentioning SUNO? It’s a New York based founded by Max Osterweis and designed by Erin Beatty. The Spring/Summer 2012 collection is for the girly girl who feels most comfortable in a skirt or dress. There isn’t a pant in sight! The fabric choice? Light as air. The prints are varied as well from polka dots to fruit drops. SUNO is definitely on our radar now.
