Katie Holmes has decided to compete with the temperature outside because she’s looking pretty hot on the cover of ELLE’s August 2012 issue shot by Carter Smith. Shot in Studio 7, Holmes turns the heat up with the help of Joe Zee and hair stylist Andy LeCompte.
